I did not know any better and, through an acquaintance's introduction, had a consultation and nose surgery on the same day. I was so young and ignorant that I did not even know there were clinics specializing in nose surgery, and since they just said it was possible, I assumed that was how it was.... Looking back, it was a clinic specializing in fat grafting. Even then, they told me to put in silicone now and fill it with fat 1 to 2 years later, but thinking about it now, that was ridiculous. They forced a large L-shaped silicone implant into the face of a 20-year-old, and for 2 years I had to deal with an absurd-looking face and the stress of side effects until I got a revision surgery. They inserted the silicone asymmetrically too, so everyone said my face had been ruined. On top of that, the silicone at the time crushed the cartilage, so even after the revision surgery there was no improvement. There probably are not people here planning to get nose surgery, but I could not even protest back then because I was young and did not know any better, so I am leaving this here at least.
