After taking a CT scan, they used virtual plastic surgery to design and show me two options: 1) septal cartilage + ear cartilage, and 2) donated costal cartilage + septal cartilage + ear cartilage, so it was easier to understand. The consultation fee didn’t feel wasted. Also, the director said my nose didn’t need surgery and actually advised against the surgery itself.. That part actually made me trust him more. Even though it would be my first surgery, the price is really much higher than at other hospitals, but I trusted the fact that they use a custom implant and that the director’s aesthetic standards are extremely clear.. so I put it on my final list
