I don’t really remember the consultant’s name, but it was the consultant with long hair. She was very kind and there was no pressure to pay a deposit. The director was quite gentle? and the consultation time was much longer than I expected. He explained things in detail well. For a primary surgery, I was told only septal cartilage would be used.
