Nose Lab Community Review

I had revision surgery using autologous costal cartilage, and for the first month or two I liked the side profile (the front was too swollen...) They made the nose a bit long, but once the swelling went down, should I say it looked a little masculine.. I asked the director to emphasize the nasal tip, but it’s too straight even though I used autologous costal cartilage... compared with the money spent and the hardship The shape is..... literally not bad, but disappointing.... about that? And when I went for a postoperative follow-up, there was a time I made a wasted trip without seeing the director lol. I waited about an hour and a half, and they said I had to wait another hour because of surgery.... even though I went with an appointment... I paid a lot for the surgery, but after surgery the manager in charge also felt kind of indifferent... I really don’t like the nasal tip, so I decided on another revision surgery
