It felt like it had that distinctive friendliness of plastic surgery clinic managers? The hospital was very large, the facilities were good, and it was comfortable to wait. I felt like they recommended somewhat more nose surgery than I had originally planned. I was only planning to do alar base reduction, but they spoke as if that wasn't the right approach. Since opinions can differ by doctor, I do think that can happen.
