It had that special kind of friendliness that plastic surgery managers have. The clinic was very big, the facilities were good, and it was a nice place to wait. It felt like they recommended a bit more nose surgery than I originally planned. I only wanted alar reduction, but they said it wasn't just that. I do think that could differ by doctor, so I suppose it makes sense.
