I have a short nose, thin skin, asymmetrical nostrils, and it was slightly upturned.... I am not young anymore, so I was thinking of this as my last surgery and wanted to remove the silicone and improve only the tip to match my low bridge ... But the doctor said that by replacing the low bridge silicone, using autologous costal cartilage, skin grafting, and lowering the nostrils, it would be possible to improve the tip, nostrils, columella, and bridge all at once..... The counselor said the same thing. If I provide reviews and photos from 5 cosmetic surgery cafes, I would get a discount. They also said I had to decide by today or tomorrow to get this price, so I felt a lot of pressure..... Actually, I had not even thought about rib cartilage, and since they said everything could be done... I did feel trust, but it was difficult....
