It was a long time ago, but I had a posterior canthoplasty. It seemed like a clinic specializing in noses, but they said they specialized in posterior canthoplasty too, so I got it done, and thankfully it turned out well. During the recovery period, my eyes were so swollen that I was worried, but now they look natural!
