There were an overwhelming number of people, and the wait time was very long. I knew Director Jang was famous, so I expected the consultation time to be short, but the consultation for revision eye surgery took less than five minutes, which was really disappointing. It looked like he had just finished surgery and was extremely worn out and tired, so I felt bad even asking more questions. The line was drawn only twice, and he said he couldn’t explain everything to the patient in anatomical detail, but that things would improve from the current state, if anything, and not get worse... From the patient’s point of view, it was way too vague, and I was disappointed that there was no explanation of how it would improve. The consultation manager was kind, but they said the price would go up unless I put down a reservation deposit that same day, so there was pressure to make the patient book.
