I had a consultation with the director here who’s famous for noses, and he was so funny When I said I’d already been to about five hospitals for consultations, it made him lose the will to do my nose surgery As soon as he saw me, he said my nose was a handsome-looking nose, but that the issue wasn’t my nose and that I needed facial contouring surgery now He gave me a reality check It was so funny And he asked me to tell him which hospitals I had visited, so I did, and then he even talked about each hospital’s surgical methods and recommended which doctors were good I thought he was my real older brother He was so entertaining In the end, I had it done at the hospital the doctor recommended. That place seemed to be the best.
