I had a hump nose and a crooked nose (a high nose), and I had surgery without implants, without silicone, using autologous costal cartilage.!! Since there are so many revision and second revision nose surgeries, my top priority was for it to be natural and to avoid side effects, so I said it was okay if it was a little less pretty, and asked them to make it natural and just remove my complex. I’m satisfied. It doesn’t look like I had surgery at all, and I only hear that my nose is pretty.
