I had a hump nose and a crooked nose (a high nose), and I had surgery with autologous costal cartilage without silicone, using no implant. !! Because noses often need second and third revisions, my top priority was to keep it natural and avoid complications, so I told them it was fine if it was a little less pretty, just make it natural and only remove the complex. I am satisfied. It does not look operated on at all, and I only hear that my nose is pretty.
