Honestly, back then I wondered if my nose was too high, but now that all the swelling has gone down, it looks much more natural! The reason I chose implant-free surgery was that my nose was a drooping, arrow-shaped nose when I smiled, so my impression looked strong and I looked a little older. They said if I put in silicone, it would definitely end up looking even longer, so I went with implant-free surgery! I shaved down the hump and only lifted the nasal tip with septal cartilage! I have no regrets, and I live feeling grateful to the doctor who strongly pushed for implant-free surgery,,,, If you have a hump nose, consider implant-free surgery too. They say many people with a hump itself already have a fairly high nasal bridge, so there are often cases where an implant isn’t needed.
