The director gave me the impression of having a very strong pride, and tends to steer the patient toward the kind of result that he himself thinks is right rather than what the patient wants. For me, he said he would make the tip a little more pointed rather than straight and high (pursuing a natural look), and that to preserve the bulbous tip, he needed to add definition to the chin tip so the proportions would match.
