For me, they said they would make the tip slightly upturned rather than straight and slightly low-bridged (natural style), and give the chin tip some edge so the proportions match by keeping the bulbous nose alive. When I came out, I remember thinking that 3.5 mm of silicone does not seem like a natural look, so I passed on it. The manager was really kind, but the hospital did have a somewhat old-fashioned feeling.
