For my first rhinoplasty, I used something like AlloDerm, so I didn’t even use ear cartilage?? But I heard rib cartilage is used a lot for revision surgery, so I’m wondering what would be better!!
I heard that if it gets absorbed and stuff, there could be some drooping.. I’ve heard rib cartilage is sturdy. Then would it be better to use rib cartilage? I want a rounded, defined nose, but I’m also worried it might become too pointy Dr. Kim’s line at Naturalism is exactly the line I want, so should I only go there? But since it’s revision rhinoplasty, I’m also nervous about going to just one place
