I’m getting nose revision surgery this time as a revision. It’s tomorrow already, and although I’ve had surgery several times, this is the first time I’ve seen a manager be this sloppy. She didn’t even give me a business card and told me I had to call the clinic and ask to be transferred to her, so I was already unhappy about that, and now the surgery is tomorrow, but they moved the surgery time up by an hour and a half without explaining why. So when I contacted them, they said it’s normal for surgery times to be moved up, and that they were sorry they couldn’t notify me in advance. The manager is so sloppy that I’m pointlessly anxious. I’m just being sensitive because it’s a revision, right?
