I want to widen my nasal bridge. I don't like that chalk-like look, and a bigger nose suits me better. Also, not the nasal tip or nostril wings, but I want to widen the nasal lobule too, but there probably isn't a nose surgery like that, right? I also want to raise the columella, and it's the exact opposite of the surgeries people usually aim for.
