I had alar base reduction at a clinic~ I had the internal approach. The doctor also said that because it was internal, it would only reduce the spreading a bit when I smile, and from the front it would look similar. It's day 6, and the pain and pinched feeling have mostly gone away, so I'm really satisfied I hope the swelling doesn't go down any more I recommend it for people who want a subtle improvement without it being obvious.
