Writing this to level up I had my first surgery in 2016, with ear cartilage + AlloDerm for the nasal tip, and because of slight contracture..? my nasal tip lifted a bit and my nostrils showed, so I had revision surgery For the revision, I had it done with donated costal cartilage for the nasal tip.. It is definitely very hard
