I had surgery at 1 p.m., and now I'm home, sitting here eating pumpkin porridge. My head really feels numb all the way to my brain, and my nose feels tingling and sore haha. Since I'm getting rhinoplasty at the age of thirty, I'm so worried about my recovery speed My nose feels so numb and sore. How long will this pain last? And I heard walking is good for reducing swelling, so I'm thinking of doing it. Should I start today, the day of surgery, or from tomorrow?
