I had a consultation for nose surgery 6 years ago. The director was very kind, and because it was my first consultation, I had not brought any photos of the nose I wanted. They explained the current problems with my nose, how much raising the bridge would improve it, that the nostrils should be reduced a bit, and what kind of shape would suit my nose best from the side, etc., briefly but with the key points covered.
