I received a quote for lowering one nostril only. They said the surgery itself would take about 20 to 30 minutes, and that they would harvest cartilage from the ear where cartilage had been taken during a previous surgery.
I had visited several clinics because I was stressed about uneven nostrils, but they all turned me down, and this was the only place that said it was possible and gave me a quote.
Lowering the nostril could make internal scar tissue visible, and it might not look pretty because the outside could become thicker, so I am still deliberating over whether to proceed.
Still, the director seemed confident, so if I do it, I will probably have it done here.
