Nose Surgery Reviews

Broad nasal tip + bridge, I think my revision finally succeeded

About 2 years ago, I had a nose surgery once at a local clinic, but almost nothing changed, so I was even embarrassed to tell my friend I’d had nose surgery.. My nose still looked broad overall, so as time went by I regretted it more and more Did I really invest in my nose for this.. For the revision surgery, I wanted the bridge line to look defined to some extent and for my broad-looking nose to become slimmer Since I wanted as natural a change as possible, I used septal cartilage and silicone based on the director’s recommendation. I’d also had alar reduction once during my first surgery, but I didn’t feel like it had gotten slim, so I did the reduction again too.. I kept emphasizing that naturalness that suited my face was more important than looking too artificial!! After surgery, since it was a revision, the swelling and bruising came up quite a bit more than I expected compared with my first surgery. Especially around day 3 at the beginning, it even felt like my nose was a bit heavy Because I wanted to recover quickly, for home care I diligently did cold compresses -> warm compresses too (and walks too,,, nothing beats walking for swelling). At the hospital, I was able to get both swelling and sebum managed with swelling laser + Aqua Peel, so I think that helped my recovery go relatively well. After removing the splint and about 2 weeks passed, the swelling gradually went down and the bruising got lighter, and seeing my nose become slimmer made me feel relieved Around one month later, a lot of the major swelling had settled and the bruising was almost gone. The nose line also gradually settled naturally There was quite a bit of pulling and stiffness around the nostril wings, but that also got better with time!! Now I’m satisfied with both the front view and side line (I especially like the side line><). It turned out the way I wanted, with a natural feel and without looking overdone, so I’m just hoping it stays like this.. Since the silicone was placed to match the nasal tip height, the line looks natural, the bridge looks more defined than before, and it feels like there’s more dimension too
