The director is very famous for noses, and the review photos looked decent, so I only got alar reduction surgery. But as with most alar reduction surgery reviews, there was no dramatic change, and no one noticed..! My nose was originally quite chunky, so I kind of expected that, but it is still disappointing that there wasn’t a big change. When I look up review photos, are people with dramatic changes really just a small minority... Still, there is a degree of change that I myself can kind of notice, and it’s not like I paid a huge amount for it... Also, in my case, my nostrils are on the smaller side, so he said he would first reduce them slightly for safety and later provide an AS/touch-up if I wanted more, which was good too. There is some scarring, but because of where it is, it doesn’t show. Hmm, looking at the before-and-after photos, I think there may be a difference...? But none of my acquaintances noticed. Please judge for yourself! I liked that the director prioritizes safety.
