I’m 5 months post-op. I had a hump nose, and I had surgery without an implant. A few years ago, when I had consultations, I was told my nose was too difficult and it would be better not to do it, so I gave up and lived with it. Then this year I had consultations again, and they said it was indeed a difficult nose but surgery was possible, so I went ahead with the surgery. I showed photos of the line I wanted, but from the beginning I wasn’t greedy, and I was so scared of revision surgery that I never even considered putting in silicone. I just wanted the hump to become smoother, and it would have been fine even if my nose didn’t get any higher. But even so, starting from 3 months after surgery, the cartilage placed in my nasal tip began to show through …
