I wanted a natural-looking nose while correcting a crooked nose and a hump. I had the tip lifted using 3.5 silicone and only septal cartilage, but even though I wanted a natural nose, after surgery the nasal tip was too pointy and the nasolabial angle felt like it was being pulled too severely, so I looked into early correction and had surgery yesterday, on day 10. They changed it to 2.5 silicone, lowered the nasal tip, and lowered the overall nose. When I came home and breathed, there was a really loud whistling-like sound from my nose, so I searched it and it says in such cases perforation is suspected. Since they used enough septal cartilage to do the whole nasal tip, I'm so worried there might be a hole, and then my nasal bridge might collapse. I'm so worried about whether it will become a saddle nose, whether a perforation developed, and if it is a perforation, they say the infection risk is high if silicone is there, so whether it's dangerous. I'm going through worry after worry and feel like I'm going crazy. I corrected my hump and crooked nose thinking it would get a little better, but the stress after nose surgery feels even bigger. I really recommend that people who worry a lot and get severely stressed not get surgery. Seriously. Even one surgery was scary, but I ended up doing it twice in a short period, and I just hope there are no more problems,, I feel like I'm going to die from the mental stress

5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
