Review on day 4 after nose surgery! I had hump nose correction, bulbous nose correction, and long nose correction. They shaved down the slightly protruding hump, corrected the bulbous nose, and raised the nasal tip. They used silicone, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage, and as someone on day 4 after surgery, I’m satisfied so far. The swelling is gradually going down, and because of the splint I still can’t see the line properly, but it seems okay..! I was really nervous before surgery, but after anesthesia I just slept and woke up, and it was over lol After surgery, sleeping on the first night was honestly really uncomfortable Since cotton packing was inserted, I couldn’t breathe through my nose and had to breathe only through my mouth. I got phlegm, my throat felt scratchy, and my mouth kept getting completely dry, so I think I drank a lot of water! Also, because breathing only through my mouth was hard, I woke up often in the middle of sleeping. That was a bit uncomfortable, but after going to the hospital the next day, removing the cotton packing, and getting disinfected, it got better!! I want to remove the stitches soon and see the finished nose after the swelling goes down
