While worrying about rhinoplasty, I searched through countless reviews, so I’m posting mine too. My nose wasn’t low, but I had always been concerned about the dorsal hump, wide nostrils, and clearly visible nostrils. Four months ago, even though I’m not particularly young, I suddenly became obsessed with my appearance and started looking into rhinoplasty. I had surgery with Dr. Lee at Uni Plastic Surgery Clinic. I saw another review where someone’s nose looked very natural and went for a consultation too. I liked that he was the only doctor there, so I didn’t have to worry about a substitute surgeon, and the consultation was thorough. I asked many questions and remember him explaining each one kindly. The surgery involved the dorsal hump, septum, and ear cartilage. I told him I wanted my nostrils to look a little slimmer and be less visible from the front. In the end, it would be a lie to say I’m 100% satisfied because those parts weren’t perfected, lol, and at first I was slightly disappointed. But looking at it now, I think that is exactly why my nose looks truly natural without changing too drastically from my original nose. Almost nobody at work knows, and unless they’re a very close friend, people don’t really notice I had surgery. But from the side, the nasal line is definitely prettier, and that’s what I like most. I used to dislike taking side-profile photos because of the hump, but now I worry much less. The hardest part after surgery wasn’t the pain, but being unable to breathe because my nose was tightly packed with cotton. It was much more stuffy than I expected, so I couldn’t sleep properly. I think that was much harder than the pain. Anyway, I wanted a natural nose rather than a dramatically glamorous change, so I’m quite satisfied with the current result. Even if I went back to the beginning, I think I’d have the same surgery at the same clinic!
