Now that it’s been six months, it has become much more natural. I was most worried about scarring, but now there’s only a very faint line under my nostrils, and I hardly notice it in daily life. It’s truly invisible with makeup! At first, I wondered if I had reduced the alar width too little, but with time I think doing it this much was actually the right decision. People around me don’t notice at all; only I can tell that it looks more refined than before, so I’m exactly satisfied If you want a natural alar reduction, I think combining it with cartilage binding is a good option. I’m still very satisfied at six months!
