There is only one surgeon there now, but five years ago, when I had my surgery, there were two, and I chose the other surgeon rather than Dr. A. I strongly preferred a natural clinic because I really disliked an obviously artificial-looking nose. At that time, this clinic suited my needs best. They also had a separate anesthesiology surgeon, and I visited five clinics on the day of consultation, but this one felt the most trustworthy, so I decided on it. The price was reasonable too.
I have had no complications in these five years, but immediately after surgery, something like cartilage began protruding inside my nostril. It has not caused inflammation or major discomfort, so I have left it alone, although it occasionally bothers me.
I was fairly satisfied with the shape right after surgery, but once the swelling went down, the tip began to droop from about one month onward, and I was no longer satisfied. If I could go back and redo my first surgery, I think I would use rib cartilage rather than septal cartilage, and I would want a somewhat more glamorous style.
Because I have a bulbous nose, the improvements were not very noticeable. But people who already have a somewhat defined bridge and attractive shape and want to shave down a hump or make only minor refinements may be a good match for this clinic. This natural style could not change my nose enough. After my rhinoplasty, nobody even realized I had surgery haha.
The surgeon I saw seems to pursue a look that is not too different from the current shape of the nose, while subtly making improvements and enhancing its beauty. For people whose needs match that philosophy, this could be the best clinic.
