Nose Surgery Reviews

Successfully overcoming a drooping nose through revision surgery

It’s been over 10 years since my first surgery! I’m not sure whether it was because so much time had passed, but after the surgery my nasal tip became extremely droopy, and from the front my bridge looked crooked to the side, so I wasn’t happy with it. I usually like a more glamorous style, so after thinking it over, I had revision surgery a few months ago. The drooping feeling has definitely disappeared, and I like that the nasal line was shaped to suit my features. During the consultation, I said I absolutely did not want it to droop again and never wanted another nose surgery, and I feel they really understood that. I chose rib cartilage because I was told it was the strongest material. Although I like a glamorous look, I wanted a refined, elevated nose like celebrities rather than something excessive, and it turned out exactly that way, so I’m even more satisfied. Soon after surgery I worried, “What if it droops again this time?” but quite a while has passed and it still looks fine, with no sign of that at all, so I’m feeling reassured. I’m exercising now and have no inconvenience in daily life. Does that mean I’m in the stable phase? Since it was revision surgery, I’m more worried, but is it okay to stop worrying and just get on with my life?
