I had a bulbous, short, low, rounded nose. From the side, it was really flat, and my skin was thick too T_T. So I decided to be satisfied with the best shape my nose could achieve, and since my ideal was naturalness, I looked for a clinic that suited that. I had donor rib cartilage + silicone + nasal-tip binding, and it has been a little over four years now. I have had no inflammation or shape changes at all, and it is still maintaining the shape I liked, so I am extremely satisfied!! haha. If your complex is really severe, I highly recommend surgery.
