The residual swelling has gone down even more!!! The prominent hump was cleaned up beautifully, and the deviation that made it look crooked to the right has settled too..!! When I asked about a possible step at the hump, they said, "Doctor Mighty has a very long career, and there has never once been a step." As for the nose overall and the bulbous area, from the front my tip looks less spread out.. and my nostrils, which looked wide, have become smaller! My bridge was built with cartilage only, without silicone, and I had worried it might look unnecessarily low. But I think it fits my face really well. From the side, it continues naturally from the mid-bridge to the tip without any break..?? Since the tip was lifted, the impression that my mouth protruded has disappeared too. The swelling has gone down more, and the shape is gradually settling nicely, so I am relieved!!!
