The director is kind. He uses expressions like “I...” in his speech. The consultant is kind too. I became interested after seeing the surgical method on the director’s blog, where it said that a bulbous nose could be naturally reduced using the fat of the bulbous nose and that a piggyback nose would still be possible after surgery, so I went for a consultation. However, during the consultation, I concluded that I would need the typical method of lifting the nasal tip to achieve the direction I wanted. The method used here would reduce it naturally, but it would not solve issues such as improving the columella or making the mouth look protruding… They showed me postoperative photos, and the results varied from person to person… In particular, one person who had scar tissue on the nose had no improvement at all, while another person with a high nasal bridge and a hump had improved. But I felt that would not be enough for me.
