Two months after male rhinoplasty with columellar retraction correction

It has been about two months since I underwent rhinoplasty using autologous costal cartilage and a customized implant to improve columellar retraction. Overall, I’m satisfied, and recovery seems almost complete. Before rhinoplasty, my biggest concerns were my low nasal bridge and blunt, bulbous nose. From the front, my columella has become more visible and looks sturdy, and the contour of my nasal bridge is defined, making it look much clearer. The tip and dorsum are still hard, but I was told there is still scar tissue. I heard that once the swelling decreases significantly, the sides are expected to become a little softer. Perhaps because I’m adapting, my nose feels increasingly comfortable. Thank you so much to Dr. Kim Hyun-joo at [Clinic A] for improving my nose so well. I recommend a consultation to anyone looking into male rhinoplasty.
