Nose Re-Surgery

Cases where the skin at the nasal tip caves in like a deflated balloon

In what cases does this happen?? For people with thin nasal-tip skin and visible cartilage, can a depression occur after complete removal, with the inside hollow and the skin sinking deeply like a deflated balloon? If that scares me, should I add dermis or ear perichondrium? I do not want to put anything in. I keep getting hung up on this part… In my imagination, the inside has been built up to a certain height, so the skin is stretched that much, but after removing it, could the stretched skin become loose like a deflated balloon…? I do not mind the cartilage showing, but this is a different situation, so I am deliberating over whether I should have a perichondrial graft … T_T Please advise and help me T_T..
