Nose Re-Surgery

Anyone whose nasal bridge stays red even though they say it isn’t inflammation?

It’s been incredibly stressful for almost a month, so I’m posting this. I’d be grateful if you read it even though it’s long T_T Three years ago, I had a 4-mm silicone implant placed in my nasal bridge and autologous cartilage used for the tip. I didn’t want it this high, but the doctor did it that way on his own (looking back, I think I chose the wrong first clinic). There were no problems until about a month ago, when I woke up and part of my nasal bridge was extremely red. It calmed down somewhat the next day, and the hospital said it was just a skin problem, prescribed antibiotics to take if I was worried, and ended it there. I went to another hospital for a CT scan, and they said there did not seem to be a problem at present. However, one hospital looked at a photo taken on the day my nose became very red and said it seemed to be a silicone implant complication. They said I did not need surgery immediately, but told me to decide whether to remove it or endure it for now. Since I have a job, removing it immediately would be difficult, so I have continued living with it. But the real problem is that under bright lighting, part of my nasal bridge still looks orange-red, or rather, it is always reddish. In everyday life I think it looks fine, but under the white lights in the bathroom, my nasal bridge is still visibly red, and it is really affecting my mental health. Seeing my red nose every time I look in the mirror at home is extremely stressful. The clinic where I had surgery says it is fine, but they only judge by looking at it without even taking a CT scan, so I cannot trust them. Recently I visited another clinic specializing in implant removal, and they said that based only on my current condition it did not look like inflammation and that the skin simply seemed thinner. But when I showed them photos from when my nose first became red, they recommended removal. This got very long and detailed, but thank you for reading. Has anyone had a similar case? Is this more likely a silicone implant complication, or a problem caused by thinning skin? When will this redness disappear, and will I eventually have to have it removed? I’m wondering.
