Inside my nose, toward the columella(?), something white looks like it is sticking out. I don't know whether the nasal alar cartilage is gradually protruding or whether it is silicone or some other foreign material I have half an L-shaped silicone implant in the nasal bridge, so could this be the silicone...?@
