I went for a consultation about complete removal!

I originally had a dorsal hump, and during my first surgery the hump was removed and a septal extension graft was performed using septal cartilage! Now there is a slight indentation on the left side of my nasal bridge, and the tip is also slightly crooked, but neither is extremely noticeable. I actually do not dislike my current nose shape itself, so I spent a long time deliberating whether to have the materials removed However, the pointed, firm tip continued to bother me, and I wanted a rounder, softer tip. Since I had started wanting them removed anyway, I went to the hospital where I had surgery for a removal consultation and to obtain my surgical records! The surgeon said complete removal was possible and that, except for the area where the hump had been shaved, my nose could return close to its natural state. However, they said that if everything were removed, the tip would become much lower than it is now, and I might dislike the shape even more. As a second option, they also suggested removing what is in the tip while leaving the support in the columella. They said that this would make the tip rounder than it is now and could improve the slight crookedness! But since I would be reopening and operating again anyway, I am leaning strongly toward removing everything, so I am really struggling I am not seeking removal because I dislike the current height or shape of my nose, but because of the pointed tip, slight crookedness, and firm feeling… They offered me a reasonable price, so if I go ahead, I will probably have it done at the hospital where I had the original surgery. However, I am also going for a consultation at [Clinic A] in October, so I will decide whether to remove everything or leave the columellar support after that! Has anyone with a dorsal hump like mine, who had the hump removed and a septal extension graft at the tip, later had everything removed?? I would like to know whether the tip became much lower after complete removal and whether the shape returned close to the natural nose! Most of all, I am curious whether the tip became softer after everything was removed and whether it is still possible to wrinkle the nose like a piggy nose!!
