I went to 5 places today, and I’m going to go to 3 more on Saturday, so I’ll post an update again!
My nose is low, and I have a bulbous nose tip (it seems like if the tip is raised, it will naturally look slimmer), and my septum is small (I was told I’d probably need mostly donor rib cartilage) Ear cartilage was said to be good My forehead is a little flat, so there’s a limit to how much the bridge can be raised. My skin isn’t that thick.

Silicone, ear cartilage, and donor rib cartilage all used! The line they drew had a nose tip that wasn’t turned up and looked natural (not really my taste) (Q. Won’t it end up too flashy? A. It’s at least 2 mm lower than other people’s, so it won’t turn out like that... T_T) (Q. My forehead is a little flat, but wouldn’t it be enough to supplement it with fat grafting after surgery? A. Your forehead width isn’t that wide, so it could end up looking like a beluga...)(I think they said that because I requested a high bridge) The consultant was pretty blunt and not that friendly. The waiting time for consultation was short! The director spoke calmly and gave all the necessary information, and seemed to be the type to say things honestly. It was my first consultation, so I didn’t know much and didn’t even have many questions... I was disappointed I couldn’t ask more things.

I can’t remember the line they drew... but I think it was pretty. They also said my forehead was a bit flat, so we should combine it with fat grafting to get a pretty line. I was already planning forehead fat grafting, so that was fine... They said if we do it together, it would be good to add a little to the front cheeks and temples too... (my mother was strongly in favor beside me) but I’m still thinking about it because of the possible side effects...

They said donor rib cartilage felt unpleasant, and they wouldn’t use it themselves anyway, and because they see many side-effect cases, they’d recommend autologous rib cartilage, but since it would be general anesthesia at a young age, they hesitated. They said that considering revision surgery, they would only raise the tip with ear cartilage as much as possible, and if it droops later, autologous rib cartilage AS would be possible within 3 years (300,000-400,000 won). But I’m planning to do my eyes and fat grafting too, so it felt like they saw me as someone who would only do the nose... so I probably won’t go ahead They seem to tailor it to my face, but I’m starting with the nose to change my whole face... So I was introduced to two doctors, one for eyes and one for the nose, and got a quote including all of the fat grafting too, which was cheaper. The doctor who looked at my eyes meticulously shaped the line to satisfy my needs The ㅎㅅㅊ doctor who looked at my nose also examined it in detail and satisfied my needs Both of them felt like they really listened to my requests, and the eye and nose shapes they set were all so pretty. They were kind, the atmosphere was cheerful, and the consultant was kind too. Silicone around 4 to 4.5 mm Septum, ear cartilage (they said my septum was sufficient and that donor rib cartilage wasn’t needed, but so far every place I consulted before said my septum was smaller than other people’s and that donor rib cartilage was essential except for nose bridge cartilage, so the credibility dropped a lot... though the doctor’s attitude was very confident) I’m drawn to it because of the price and confidence, but I’m hesitating a bit because of the reviews and trust level.
