Over time, the cartilage at the tip of my nose started to show and the tip gradually dropped, creating a step. The filler didn't remove well either, the bridge filler made my glabella look like an avatar, and with time the bridge became bumpy and the silicone bent and moved, so I eventually had revision surgery somewhere else. The director is not the kind of person who is kind or explains things in detail, and the nurses are the ones who are kind. During the revision surgery I was told there had been artificial dermis at the tip, which I had never heard about at the time of the surgery, and even though there was artificial dermis, I was shocked and struggled terribly trying to understand why the cartilage was showing.
