Review of fixing front tooth staining and cavities in one go

Front tooth staining and cavities were so severe that they had been a lifelong complex for me. While searching YouTube for treatment for staining and cavities, I visited a dental clinic famous for painless anesthesia (Yangjibareundental clinic) -> Determined that scaling and whitening could not solve the staining. Because the cavity area was wide, there would be quite a lot of tooth reduction. I was offered two treatment options for both removing the staining and treating the teeth. 1. Crown: a method that reduces the entire front of the tooth and reinforces it with a strong cap 2. Laminate: a method that slightly shapes only the front of the tooth and bonds it on In the past, adhesives had not developed as much as they have now, so in cases like this you had to grind everything down and get a crown. But now they said they can first reinforce it with resin and then cover it beautifully with laminate. After consultation, the price difference from a crown was not that large, so I just decided on laminate. But I had really gone there just to remove the staining and cavities, so I had no desired design or anything, well, yes... That is why the nurse in charge recommended a preview. They said they would take a mold of my teeth, make a model copy of my teeth, and create a template designed to fit that. Since it is just bonded on without any reduction at all, I was like yes yes, but if you are going to do laminate, I totally recommend it! At first I had no preferences and just wanted them to be white, but once it was done I started wanting to get picky about the length and shape, so I talked very carefully with the doctor in charge and even changed the design twice because the shape I wanted did not come out haha In the end it came out exactly to my satisfaction and I wonder why I did not do it sooner T_T I really need to take care of it well now.
