Double-Jaw Surgery Reviews

Habit of looking for my jaw when taking photos T_T haha

After double jaw surgery + chin surgery + V-line, if you ask me what I am most satisfied with, it is definitely that my daily stress went down lol. In the past, whenever I took photos, I always looked at my jaw first. In group photos, I would zoom in and check the lower face first = that was me... Especially when I was smiling or getting a neutral photo taken, I kept feeling like my face looked heavier, so I obsessed over angles, but these days even if I get photographed casually, I do not feel the same stress as before. The difference in quality of life is bigger than I expected lol. People around me also say my impression has become much softer. It feels less like an obvious “I had surgery!” look and more like my overall balance has been neatly refined, so I am even more satisfied. And I really think choosing the right hospital for double jaw surgery matters a lot. I had mine at [Clinic A], and since it was clearly a specialist in oral and maxillofacial surgery, they explained the bone structure and bite alignment in very detailed terms from the consultation stage. They were not just approaching it as making the face smaller; they were also looking at the functional side, which earned my trust. Honestly, I was scared before surgery too, but now I understand why everyone says to go to a specialized hospital lol. After recovery, I do not worry as much when taking photos, and I no longer have the habit of covering my chin when meeting people, so I am satisfied :)
