I wanted to finish my first surgery in one shot, so I chose a place that focuses on rhinoplasty among rhinoplasty specialists. I went here because the director said they show you the post-op nose shape with a simulation during the consultation. But everyone kept saying it looked pretty, and maybe I was too excited?? Or maybe the straight line I saw at first just wasn't my thing, so I felt less impressed than expected and started wondering whether to have the surgery... So when I hesitated, they adjusted the line again into a curved one, and that looked good. The manager also showed me progress photos of other patients. Hmm.. lol maybe the director isn't very good at simulations.. The real results looked much more natural than the simulation, and the columella also came out rounder... huh... Maybe there are other people like me who don't decide on surgery after only looking at the simulation in a hurry Anyway, it's a bit early to say I'm fully satisfied, but adding a slight curve seems okay. At this level, I guess it's fine....
