This is a review of my re-re-re-re-re-re-revision surgery (7th surgery). You can also read my previous review. During the process of undergoing multiple surgeries, my septum had become badly damaged. In the previous surgeries, instead of correcting the septum itself, materials were repeatedly layered on top of it, and in the end it became a saddle nose. It's still in the stage where swelling remains, but it feels more refined and polished. That said, there is some left-right asymmetry and a few visible issues, so I'm watching the recovery a bit longer. I prefer a glamorous Goun-jung-style nose, so on the day the stitches were removed on day 7, when I said the height and shape were a little disappointing for my expectations, the director said, "I'll do more~" I mean, it's not like they can take my nose apart and put it back on, lol. During the surgery, they showed me photos from inside the nose (they said the nasal dissection alone took 2 hours), and they said they focused on straightening the septum rather than focusing on the height and shape. They told me that height and shape would be a matter for later. The condition inside the nose is something I can never know. They said they ground down the bone. But I was only talking about the nose shape and height... At this point, I feel like this is the most realistic nose for me. I had to admit that to myself. The line is natural, the columella shows, and once the nasolabial angle formed, my image looked much more refined~ One thing at this clinic left the strongest impression on me: the surgery process and recovery were very stable. Since this was my 7th surgery, I expected the pre- and post-op process to be hard because of my past experiences, but this time it was very different from what I expected. I had no headache after surgery, and unlike before, I didn't have blood running down the back of my throat and end up swallowing blood scabs. I had no gum bruising, and breathing was much easier. Right after surgery I felt so fine that I could even walk home. I felt that the disinfection and hemostasis were done very carefully. If I had to mention a downside, it would be the cost. The base price for the surgery itself was high, and as additional items became necessary during the operation, the cost kept increasing, so it was a burden. Still, personally, I found myself thinking, 'What if I had gotten surgery at this clinic from the start?' More than anything, I liked that I could communicate with the director about my condition and the surgical direction. I recommend the first surgery too, but especially for people like me who have had surgery many times! People who want to know the cause and the result! Please go to this clinic and get surgery there. The director has excellent aesthetic judgment.
