Hi.. I am seriously considering full removal after nose surgery with diced cartilage, so I visited consultations at two clinics, but the directions were so different that I could not judge, so I am posting this.First I had consultations at SSY and PRM, and their explanation styles were completely different, which made things even more confusing. At SSY, they said removal was possible as much as possible, including the diced cartilage, but there was no 100 percent guarantee. They also mentioned the possibility of tip sagging, tip upturn, or a step-off.Overall, it was a very conservative explanation. At PRM, they said full removal is structurally possible, and that I could return close to my original nose, so it felt relatively confident.I understand that both have pros and cons, but after the consultations I actually found it even harder to decide. One side is too conservative and says the tip might get pinched compared with my original nose or the nose could turn up. The other side says full removal is 100 percent possible and even guarantees a return to the original nose..If anyone has actually had full removal at SSY or PRM, especially if it involved diced cartilage, that would be even better... Changes in foreign-body sensation or hardness, changes in tip shape or asymmetry, and most importantly whether you regretted it.I would really appreciate honest experiences from anyone who can share them.Right now I am so worried that every real experience feels desperately important..
