There is a slight step at the tip of my nose, right? Should I consider this contracture? It has been like this for a year. I just thought it was a change in shape and left it alone because it looked fine cosmetically, but suddenly I started worrying. T_T It does not hurt, and it is not red or anything like that, but is the cartilage showing through?
