I had nose surgery with ear cartilage + hump removal without silicone, and it has been about 1 year and 2 months. At first I thought it looked crooked because of the swelling, but now I am not sure. I do have slightly uneven nostrils, but it is not very noticeable so I am satisfied... There is about a 1 mm difference in the tissue step between the left nostril entrance and the roof inside the nostril (1-2 mm behind the entrance). It is like there is a low wall on the roof of the nostril? Starting from that step, the overall thickness of the nostril when pinched with a clip-like hand grip is also thicker than on the right. Because of that step, the airway also feels narrower, and the thin device that ENT doctors put in when they look inside the nose is something I have used almost like a routine because of rhinitis since elementary school, but even that instrument goes in so tightly that it fills the airway completely lol Has anyone experienced something like this??? If it were an infection caused by an implant, I would just remove it, but I have no idea what kind of aftercare repair this needs TT + What the surgeon said after the operation was that they filled in the side areas too in order to make the nose line pretty, so I am not sure if they placed it in a way that caused this internal step... Since it is inside, I cannot even attach photos TT If anyone has experienced this or seen something similar, I would really appreciate it if you could tell me how you solved it, or share any information at all 🥺
