Please recommend a hospital famous for full removal! Almost back to my original nose, ,,. For reference, I had surgery 4 years ago using 3 mm silicone and septal cartilage, and the reason I want full removal is that the nasal tip cartilage is becoming visible and the columella area feels like it is getting shorter and shorter. Besides ㅅㅇ, which hospital is good at full removal? ㅅㅇ seems to favor removing almost everything, but from what I found on YouTube, other places seem to prefer removing only the silicone and leaving the support structure in place!
